Better Music Builder® karaoke products are built to withstand years of continuous use with phenomenal performance. Our line of products, from amplifiers, microphones, mixers and speakers carry warranty details per category. Warranty details are below.
Better Music Builder® covers all authentic products purchased by authorized dealers in North America.
*For your safety, we highly recommend you to hire professional technician to handle the repairs and maintenance for your audio equipment*
What’s Under Warranty?
• The Better Music Builder® product warranty covers all registered Better Music Builder products during the warranty period from date of purchase.
• Better Music Builder® product warranty covers the following; A – DA – DX Series Amplifiers, DX – M Series Mixers, VM Series Microphones, and CS – DFS – O – PS – R – TM Series Speakers.
• All above mentioned products are under warranty if and only to be for home use. (should the equipment be used commercially, refer to “Commercial use warranty”)
Warranty Period
Better Music Builder® covers new authentic products for one year from the purchase date.
The warranty only covers parts and labor, and defects due to product defectiveness.
*This warranty is void in the event of unauthorized repairs, alternations, modifications, and removing of the product label.*
Not Under Warranty
The following is not under warranty coverage: damage due to improper use or mishandling; damage in transit; failure to follow installation or operating instructions; failure to install products in appropriate housing; water damage; extreme temperatures; extreme environments; insects; power surges; connections to improper voltage supply; unauthorized alteration or modification of original condition; damage caused by inadequate packing or shipping procedures; loss of, damage to or corruption of CPU data; products purchased from unauthorized dealers; and damage caused by non-Better Music Builder® products.
Additional Warranty Notes:
(1) Our one-year limited product warranty for home use equipment is only valid in North America.
(2) Our one-year limited product warranty is valid only if you purchase our products from our authorized dealers (including both regular retailers and online retailers) in North America. If you purchase our products from an unauthorized dealer, we will not provide any limited product warranty for you. To protect your limited product warranty, please purchase our products from one of our authorized dealers in North America near you.
(3) Our one-year limited product warranty is automatically void if the yellow label stating “No Warranty After Opening” is removed from the product.
(4) Our one-year warranty does not cover the battery for wireless microphone products and wireless remote control.
What We Will Do
Within the warranty period, Better Music Builder® specialized engineers will inspect and determine if the product can be repaired. Upon repairs, Better Music Builder Engineers will repair and replace damaged components with new or salvaged parts, new or used parts will be covered under individual warranty.
*After repairs, a ninety day warranty will be placed on repaired or replaced parts.*
What We Won’t Do
Better Music Builder® will not pay any shipping cost to us, handling or import fees.
Commercial Use Warranty
90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY FOR PUBLIC AND COMMERCIAL USE EQUIPMENT
Our 90-day warranty applies to speakers, amplifiers, mixers and microphones for both public and commercial use such as restaurant, coffee shop, KTV nightclub, church and school, etc. It covers both parts and labors. The warranty becomes effective from the date of your purchase for 90 days.
Our warranty only covers defects due to product defectiveness. However, our warranty does not cover defects due to normal wears, damage in transit, improper use, abuse or failure to follow the proper instructions for maintenance. This warranty is void in the event of unauthorized repairs, alternations, modifications and removing of the product label.
Please also note that our warranty does not cover any shipping cost for the return of defective products to us for inspection, repair and maintenance. Our warranty for Better Music Builder products can only be executed in North America.
